    Lawson brings more than thirty-five years of automotive industry experience to Hallmark Volkswagen.  He worked with the Volkswagen of America Corporation for twenty-two years before retiring in 2006.  Prior to VW, he worked for many years with General Motors in the Pontiac Division.   From both of these corporations, he has gained considerable sales, fixed-operations and customer service experience. 
     
    Lawson looks forward to assisting customers during their vehicle purchase and service experience at Hallmark Volkswagen of Cool Springs, and for that reason, he welcomes customer feedback and comments.

    Jay is a South Louisiana Native and started with the Volkswagen brand in the late 90's when this, the original Nashville VW store, was located on Murfreesboro Road.  He believes that the Volkswagen Brand delivers the best value for German Engineering and a world class driving experience -  "There are no Autobahns in Japan".
