    I came back to the Hallmark Family in April 2009, after being gone from the family for almost 11 years.  I started with Hallmark at the Rivergate Store as a salesman of Jeep, VW and Hyundai.

    I then left Hallmark and went to Thoroughbred Motors selling Jaguar, Porsche, Saab and Audi.  After two years of selling, I transferred to the service department and became a service adviser.  For the next eight years I wrote for all four lines. During the last five years my main concern was Jaguar and Audi.

    I then spent almost a year at a small Mercedes-Benz, BMW store in Bowling Green, KY as Assistant Service Manager, before coming back the the Hallmark Family.

    I have been with Hallmark since September 2004.  I have been in the Automotive business for 19 years.  I like the fact that not every day is the same.  I have worked for two other manufacturers (Ford and Chrysler) before coming to Volkswagen.  I have performed various jobs in the dealership but I keep coming back to the Warranty Department.

    I moved to Nashville Tennessee October 2006 from Northern Virginia.  Although I will always be a Virginia girl at heart, I have fallen in love with Nashville's history and charm.  I have been with Hallmark Volkswagen for two years. I enjoy working with our customers and helping in whatever way I can.  I have worked in the administrative field for six years ranging from the mortgage business to doctor's offices.  This is my first experience working in the automotive business, and I have to say it is a whole different world from what I am used to (in a good way of course).  I am lucky to work with a great group of people here at Hallmark.
